Collectors fair FORUM HISTORICUM Wirges 09.-11.09.2021

On THURSDAY 09.09.2021 the stands will be set up by the exhibitors from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

On THURSDAY from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. it is possible to visit the event with a preview ticket. The number of preview tickets is limited. A written registration by email to geschichtsverein@gmx.de is required for Thursday 12 noon – 8pm … and the amount for the preview ticket of 50 € must be transferred in advance to the account of the Geschichtsverein Siershahn eV IBAN DE72 545 100 670 141 559 675 should be transferred. Only those who have received an email confirmation will be given their preview ticket on site and given access to the hall. The preview ticket is only valid on Thursday and I ask you not to come again on Friday so that other visitors also have a chance.

On FRIDAY 09/10/2021 the hall will be open to visitors from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The visitor ticket costs € 20 from 8 a.m. and € 15 from 1 p.m.

On SATURDAY 11.09.2021 it is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The visitor ticket then costs € 12.

EVERY participant (including those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered) must present a CURRENT CORONA RAPID TEST. The quick test can also be done at a Red Cross test center directly in front of the hall.

After the test, there is NO MASK to wear in the building due to the negative test.

The number of people who are allowed to be in the hall at the same time is limited to 350. The DISTANCES (1.5 m) must be observed.

In the interests of other visitors, we ask that you do not unnecessarily prolong your stay in the hall and ONLY VISIT the EVENT ON ONE DAY, so that other collectors also have the opportunity and do not stand in front of a closed door. ALL tickets are only valid for one day.

The catering takes place outside the hall so that the people in the catering area do not affect the number of participants in the hall and any waiting times for drinking and eating can be used.

From the current point of view, it is highly likely that FORUM HISTORICUM in Wirges will be the only major military exchange in Germany in 2021.
